Over the past year, I’ve developed a new-found love for podcasts. Distracting and engaging the restless mind can help combat anxiety and ease stress - whereas music (as much as we all love it) can be a trigger for me at times. I have found that listening in the car, while doing house chores, getting ready to go out or even during a run is a great way to ease nervousness and stress. Scroll for a few of my faves - enjoy!
The Lady Gang: The first podcast I ever listened to and favorite of all time - “Hollywood’s hottest girl posse,” Keltie Knight, Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek talk relationships, careers, lady topics and self care with zero filter. Weekly, they have me laughing out loud on the stairmaster at the gym.
The Skinny Confidential Him and Her Podcast: Lauryn Evarts of The Skinny Confidential and husband Michael Bosstick team up to share their thoughts on about business, goal-setting, self-care, relationships and more with equal parts seriousness and humor.
Chris Loves Julia: If you follow @chrislovesjulia on Instagram and keep up with their home renovation blog, you know why they’re on the list. These two design and home renovation experts share DIY projects, home reno tips and life hacks. Although they are no longer producing new episodes, there are still 60 remaining episodes to keep ya busy for a while.
Scrubbing in with Becca Tilley: Bachelor Nation, this one is mostly for you. If you loved Becca from the start on Chris Soules’ season, you’ll love getting to know her and friend Tanya Rad of the “On-Air with Ryan Seacrest” morning show. It’s basically the equivalent of hanging and chatting with friends.
The Great Love Debate with Brian Howie: Whether you’re married, single, dating - listening to Brian Howie’s relationship insight is interesting, engaging and sometimes even a little enlightening.
